- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff are incompetent and they need better training. They don't have a clue what they are doing. They have a lack of communication and they cancel appointments without informing anyone. sent me to a phototherapy centre who clearly has very little experience or knowledge in what we was talking about. On the assessment itself it was a nightmare the lady was rude and didn't seem to want to be there. Good luck to anyone unfortunate enough to have to attend an assessment at this centre. If you are unlucky enough to get sent here ask for ANOTHER centre to do your assessment as in my opinion this place is not fit to do assessments on behalf of the DWP.by The guy named LeeMay 19, 2017
